Hebert Partners is the primary real estate investment, advisory and development division under Hebert Capital. Hebert Partners has launched a commercial real estate investment strategy focused on acquiring well-situated commercial real estate properties in strong stable markets.
The commercial real estate platform leverages our experience to identify off-market opportunities, structure and manage investments on behalf of its investors.
Hebert Partners has the professional experience, skills and knowledge within its organization to offer “Single-Property Fund” investment offerings. These offerings are designed to provide passive investors, with a minimum investment of $25,000, the ability to pool their funds and take advantage of the benefits of owning commercial real estate as part of their investment portfolio. This investment strategy has the opportunity to provide passive income and the opportunity for capital appreciation.
